What's managed IT vs break-fix?

Break-fix is reactive (call when broken, pay per incident). Managed IT is proactive: 24/7 monitoring, automatic patching, predictable monthly fee. Usually costs less over time.
Can you help with CMMC?

Our CEO holds the CCP credential. We help with gap assessments, SSP development, remediation, and assessment preparation.
Do you offer penetration testing?

Yes. External penetration testing with detailed reports and prioritized remediation recommendations.

How do I schedule an exam?

Schedule through the testing provider website (pearsonvue.com, ets.org) and select our Towson location.
What should I bring?

Two forms of valid ID. Arrive 15-30 minutes early. Personal items stored in secure lockers.
